4 Bars, 4 Cocktails – ein gemeinsamer Abschluss!

So funktioniert’s:

Ihr wisst, wie viele Teilnehmer ihr sein werdet, um einen individuellen Cocktail Bachelor zu machen? Ihr bestellt das Package über „Anfragen“, anschließend wird das Paket zu euch nach Hause geschickt.
Das Paket beinhaltet unter anderem eure Cocktail Bachelor Urkunden und euren Stadtplan, die ihr für den individuellen Abend benötigt.
An dem Abend startet ihr bei der Bar eurer Wahl. Diese könnt ihr euch aus der Liste der teilnehmenden Bars aussuchen. Für jedes erste Getränk eurer Wahl bekommt ihr in der Bar vom Personal einen Stempel auf eurem persönlichen Bachelor-Urkunden. (Wir empfehlen die Tage Donnerstag bis Freitag für den individuellen Cocktail Bachelor. Ansonsten kann nicht garantiert werden, dass alle Bars an eurem gewählten Tag offen haben. Bitte erkundigt euch im Vorfeld nach deren Öffnungszeiten. Wir halten euch aber auch auf dem Laufenden)
Nach eurer ersten Bar geht es weiter in die nächste, wo ihr wieder für das erste Getränk eurer Wahl einen Stempel erhaltet.
Habt ihr 4 Stempel gesammelt, könnt ihr eure Abschlussprüfung machen.

Abschluss – Variante 1: Mit Endlocation (Club): Sprecht das Personal in der Abschlusslocation an, macht ein Selfie von euch und lasst es bewerten. Damit erhaltet ihr eure Note und euren erfolgreichen Abschluss. Feiert anschließend in der Abschlusslocation (Club) weiter.

Abschluss – Variante 2: Ohne Endlocation (Club): Ihr endet in einer Bar eurer Wahl, macht ein Selfie von euch und lasst es von einer Person aus eurer Gruppe bewerten. Damit erhaltet ihr eure Note und euren erfolgreichen Abschluss. Lasst den Abend gemütlich in der letzten Bar ausklingen.

Variante 1 – mit Endlocation (mit Club)

Prüfung wird von dem Thekenpersonal in der Endlocation abgenommen

Variante 2 – ohne Endlocation (ohne Club)

Der Club kann später selber gewählt werden (bzw. ausgelassen werden)

Keine Verkleidungen (diese Geschichten kommen bei den meisten Gastronomen nicht so gut an)

Die folgenden Regeln sind beim Event “Cocktail Bachelor für Firmenfeiern / Junggesellenabschiede” einzuhalten:

Alle Bachelor-Teilnehmer müssen sich nach den Vorschriften und der allgemeinen Verkehrsordnung der jeweiligen Stadt richten.
Alle Teilnehmer müssen das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.
Es herrscht ein respektvoller Umgang mit allen anderen Teilnehmern, Gastronomen und weiteren Gästen in den Locations.
Die Examenszeit dauert 4 Stunden (Es geht nicht um Schnelligkeit!).
Der Cocktail Bachelor kann nur durch Verzehr der Getränke in den teilnehmenden Locations erreicht werden. Denkt daran, euch einen Stempel pro Getränk und pro Location auf eurem Zeugnis geben zu lassen.
Getränke für dieses Event werden nur durch Vorzeigen des Armbandes (im Package enthalten) und nur an der Theke ausgeschenkt.
In jeder Location gibt es nur einen Stempel für ein Getränk. Für weitere Getränke in derselben Location gibt es keine Stempel.
Die Locations bestimmen die Größe + Preise ihrer Getränke selber (es gibt keine Vergünstigungen).
Um den Abschluss zu erhalten, muss die zu Beginn ausgehändigte Bachelor-Urkunde in der Abschlusslocation vorgezeigt werden.
Die Bachelor-Note wird durch eine Abschlussprüfung in der Abschlusslocation ermittelt.
Für die Abschlussprüfung ist Kreativität gefragt!

Wir bitten euch folgendes zu berücksichtigen:

Keine Verkleidungen (diese Geschichten kommen bei den meisten Gastronomen nicht so gut an)
Versucht euch vorab nicht schon zu betrinken. Betrunkene Gruppen sind ebenfalls nicht so gerne in den Locations gesehen
Bitte nehmt kein fremdes Essen mit in die Gastronomiebetriebe rein (auch nicht auf den Terassen)

*Nichteinhaltung kann zum Ausschluss vom Cocktail Bachelor führen.

*Gastronomen können den Ausschank von Getränken verweigern

*Die Getränkepreise von den großen Events gelten nicht beim selbstorganisierten Cocktail Bachelor!
